Golden wheat. westin hotel, lobby. downtown minneapolis, mn

The Golden Wheat reception wall was created for the Westin Hotel in downtown Minneapolis, housed in the historic 1941 Farmers & Mechanics Savings Bank Building. Known as the “Grain Belt,” golden wheat motifs are woven throughout the building’s original architecture, stonework, and frescos—a legacy we embraced and reimagined for the modern hotel guest.

Spanning 30 feet in a striking parabolic curve, the installation is the first thing guests see when checking in. Engineered to nest seamlessly into the existing architecture, the structure was also designed for easy breakdown, shipping, and reinstallation.

We painted sweeping, large-scale wheat across the surface, then meticulously hand-embroidered the entire piece—stitch by stitch—to add depth, dimension, and texture. The result is a work of art that not only reflects the building’s history but also transforms the lobby into a warm, elevated, and unforgettable welcome.

The Future timeline. Hudson yards. manhattan, new york

The Lodge at Sonoma Resort, Autograph Collection. Sonoma, CA.

This large-scale artwork was commissioned for the lobby of The Lodge at Sonoma Resort, part of Marriott’s Autograph Collection. Inspired by a historic black-and-white lithograph of Sonoma Plaza from the 1800s, the piece reimagines the past through a contemporary lens.

We amplified the scale of the original image and interpreted it though layers of expressive paint and intricate embroidery, blending tradition with modern craftsmanship. The result is a textural, dimensional work that preserves the history of Sonoma while introducing a fresh, dynamic presence. Installed prominently in the lobby, the piece anchors the space and transforms the atmosphere for every guest who enters.

Geodesic Dome. Accent decor showrooms. Atlanta, dallas, las vegas.

We designed this geodesic dome to be assembled without any hardware or adhesives. Each piece was templated and hand cut out of wood. With a diameter of 15 feet, this is our largest dome ever and was a lot of fun to build! We built 4 domes in total and created 444 pieces.
